With CSHotline, you can take care of customer 24×7 with well-trained technicians ready to help your customer over phone and remote desktop. We support PC, MAC, Printers, Scanner, Smartphone, Mp3’s, Digital Camera, Router and Networking.
Why there is a Monthly Fee on Elite Plan?
Monthly fee help us to cover the cost for Phone Numbers , Desktop Application, Servers etc.
What if the problems cannot be resolved over phone or remote?
If the problem is not resolved over phone or remote will we refund customer payment and we will send you an email alert right away on the situation. So you can either send your onsite technician or ask the customer to bring the computer instore.
What are the features of Elite Plan?
In Elite Plan, You will be receiving phone number which you can give it out to your customers to call for help or you can also use it to forward calls to use from your business number. Secondly, you will receive custom windows desktop application you can spread it across to your customer for recurring business.
How will you answer my calls?
Your customer will be getting the same experience as other call centers and only difference would be there is will less hold time with no multiple transferring. Of course, not to forget we brand whenever you receive calls or make calls to your customers.
What is Pay-per-resolutipn?
Apart from monthly maintenance, there will be service charge on each resolved calls. The service charge has been defined as PC and MAC Support / Printer and Gadget Support / Router and Network.
For any reason, if we are not able to resolve the problem. There will be no charge whatsoever. For example, we worked on the issue and after diagnostic we found that it is related to the hardware and we cannot do any further troubleshooting over the phone than CSHotline will not charge any service fee for the same.
What is unlimited support?
As an Elite member, you can offer your customers with unlimited annual support package. The unlimited support is billed per pc. Once the subscriptions is activated for the customer PC, your customer can call us any time for tech support.
How will I track of calls?
You can track calls and manage your online business with CSHotline dashboard.
How will you bill my customers?
We can charge your customer using CSHOTLINE.COM virtual terminal and process the payment minus our fee and send it to your PayPal account OR you can charge your customer and then assign the call to the technician using dashboard.
Where is your call center located?
Our call center located in Mumbai, India.
What is the qualification of technicians? Do they speak well?
All of technicians are graduates with MCSE or CCNA certified. All of our technicians have to go through with Neutral Voice and Accent Training before they join us on the floor. If you would like to test our technicians voice and accent. Please ask CSHotline Business Manager to arrange a quick call from technician to you.
What if my customer is not comfortable speaking to your technician or someone in India?
Being Honest, Yes we do get customer who is not very comfortable speaking to someone to India because of their previous experience calling India for support. But it would not be the same when they call us. Be rest assured, that they will end up with Good and Professional Tech Support Service from us. As soon as agent realize customer being uncomfortable for any reason, the call directly get escalated to Team Leader or Quality Personnel who have more than 7 years experience in customer service industry are capable to bring customer back to comfort zone.
What is the contract term?
The Contact is on month to month basis. You can cancel your service anytime before the next billing cycle.
Do you do websites?
Yes, we do website. Just for $30/a month you will get pre-designed hosted website with domain name.
What if customer is looking for me or if the call is non-tech (like appointment setting, order taking etc.)?
We answer each and every call which gets landed in our call center and we create ticket for the same which you can check on your CSHotline Dashboard. If you would like us to answer non-tech related calls then you need to sign up for Phone Answering Service for $49/a month. Once subscribed the technicians will notify you over email instantaneously. We are soon launching text alert so you can receive alert directly on your cell phone.
