• CSHOTLINE hereinafter referred to as the “CSH” and Subscribers hereinafter referred to as the “Client”
     
  • One Time Setup Fee of $199 will be charged for setting up your account.
     
  • Monthly Administrative Fee of $99 will be charged as a Administrative Fee. This fee involves Virtual Phone Number, Desktop Helper Software, Remote Desktop Fee and other infrastructure cost.
     
  • Telephone Number Assigned by CSH to Client shall not be used for any illegal or illegitimate purpose. Client agrees that any telephone number that is assigned to Client by CSH is and shall remain the property of CSH. Client must obtain from CSH prior written consent to advertise Assigned Number. 
     
  • Computer Storage and Internet, ADSL or Broad Band Link, Power outage. CSH shall store Client Information on CSH Servers.  acknowledges and agrees that computers, Internet servers, equipment, and telecommunications links are susceptible to down time. CSH shall use its best endeavours to maintain the functionality of its Services at all times; however, CSH expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that it shall maintain continuous and uninterrupted data or computer services.
     
  • Disclaimer of Liability. While CSH will endeavour to provide superior quality of service as promptly and as accurately possible however, we give no specific warranty or representation to that effect. CSH shall take no responsibility and shall not be liable for any cost or damage to the Client(s), sender(s) or the intended recipient(s) or any other person, company or organization or third party arising directly or indirectly for errors or inaccuracies or misdirection of information, transaction or service or failure to pass on any particular information, transaction or service within a specified time period or at all. Client shall fully release and indemnify CSH against any actions, claims, demands, suits (and any appeal therefrom) indirectly or directly related to this Agreement or the subject matter hereof.
     
  • Termination. You may cancel this Agreement without any reason prior to next billing cycle. CSH reserves the right and Client agrees that CSH may cancel and terminate any and all services to Client immediately and without prior notice in the event that Client fails to fulfil any material obligation contained hereunder. In the event CSH decides to reactivate any cancelled services, CSH may first require Client to pay $150 reactivation fee.
     
  • Virtual Number: Virtual Number is allotted one per account. Virtual Number Provided by CSH comes with 2 channels which means CSH can support only 2 simultaneous calls.  Please contact us if you would like to order more channels for your business.
     
  • Service Limitation: CSH will not provide free service to customer such as free computer diagnostic, first 10 mins free etc. If your company provide such offers to customers please contact our sales team at 800-916-1213
     
  • Support Utility:  CSH will provide support utility with your business branding. This utility is Virus / Spyware / Malware Free and comes with 128 bit encryption.  Support Utility will be Ad-Supported.
